drop the scholarship for any player making over xxx dollar amount and shift it to other sports that don't generate as much revenue. Possibly the whole foot ball team could be 100% self funded and the university could use those mens scholarships for other ncaa sports like mens soccer, mens wrestling or just put more athletes on mens and womens teams with the current sports on scholarship.

I love the way this is going for the athletes.
