My wife worked the call center at Doterra for a semester while we were students.
She would come home with some pretty hilarious stories of calls that she would get from customers. Two of my favorites went something like this:

Wife: How can I help you today?
Customer: (Hysterically) My cat is dead!
Wife: I'm sorry to hear that, is there something I can help you with?
Customer: My cat was looking sick, so I put him in a box with an open bottle of peppermint oil. When I came back he was dead, what can I do to fix it?
Wife: Was there a lid on the box or was it open to the air?
Customer: It had a lid on it. What can I do?
Wife: Ma'am, I think your cat died from lack of oxygen. I think you hotboxed it to death.
Customer: There has to be an oil that can bring it back!
Wife: Unfortunately there is no oil that will bring your cat back from the dead.
Customer: I need to speak to your manager!

Wife: How can I help you today?
Customer: I need a new lavender oil, mine is all gone.
Wife: Was the bottle defective? Did it leak? How long have you had it? What happened?
Customer: I got my oil 4 months ago and have used it every day since then and now it is gone.
Wife: It doesn't seem like there is a problem then, I think you just used it all.
Customer: Well my friend got a bottle in the same shipment as mine and she still has more than half of hers left so clearly hers had more in it.
Wife: Your friend must not have used hers as much as you.
Customer: She says she uses it every day just like me, I want a refund or a replacement bottle.
Wife: I'm sorry, we can't give replacements for someone who used all their product. If you want more you will have to buy another bottle.
Customer: I need to speak to your manager!
