The difference is they are purposely seeking it out by coming here. Some troll
back, no doubt. But it’s done in response to a childish troll behavior. Act like a child, treat like a child. BYU fans (including myself) can be better by not taking the bait.
And Utah fans who visit this board can grow up and realize why they come. It’s not for the Mormon Reddit. That’s a lazy excuse. They crave the arguments.
Especially in the recent past when their team was obviously better, and had 9 wins in a row. They had an advantage in the debate for a long time. Not anymore, and BYU fans have more leverage this year to debate. Utah fans know this, but they still come and argue, because they crave arguing with BYU fans. They could debate their own fans like we do (unless you go to Utah board) but they seek out arguments with BYU fans by coming here. It’s obvious.

“Being here” is not the issue. It is the open mocking of BYU on CB, like VirginiaUte did today. This is not okay.

BYU fans have to deal with obnoxious utes at work and elsewhere. CB should be free of the stupid kind of ute trolls.
