We won't get as high as Cincy (NY6 appearance and #8 overall finish, #6 before the bowl loss to Georgia), and we'll be (likely) losing our most important player in Allgeier.
But we also have done it for more seasons (2020 and now 2021) and do have a ton coming back despite the (likely) loss of Allgeier
Given all that, I don't think we start as high as Cincy did this season, but around #15 seems reasonable. Could be a little lower or little higher, but either way is good. Most important though is that we have to keep winning. We've got Baylor and Oregon as 2 of the first 3 games, so we could fall out of the national discussion REALLY quickly regardless of where we start. Or we could rise up a lot really quickly.
