Honestly, I don't know how you put a team that lost by 50 points into a NY6. If it had been earlier it might be forgivable as teams can experience significant improvement over the course of the season, but two games prior to the bowl losing by 50 points? Seriously? MSU, and Baylor (by virtue of losing to Oklahoma State in the championship) should both fall out of NY6 contention.
