Alabama beats UGA, Michigan beats Iowa, Cincinnati beats Houston soundly. That puts those 4 teams in the playoff.
Ole Miss gets the SEC auto bid. OSU beats Baylor and gets the Big 12 auto bid. Utah beating Oregon gets the PAC-12 autobid and Ohio State gets the Big Ten auto bid. Wake/Pitt gets the ACC autobid.
Iowa drops out. Oregon and Baylor both drop out.
That leaves 3 at-large bids for Notre Dame, Michigan State and BYU.
Does that work? You have to keep OSU out of the playoff so Big 12 doesn't get a second auto bid. That's why I have ALA beating UGA. If UGA wins, I think Alabama drops to 5 and OSU goes to the playoff with Cincinnati. Or, if Cincinnati loses to Houston, they drop out and OSU goes to the playoff but Cincinnati still gets an at-large bid. Or, if Baylor wins, the Bears get the autobid and OSU still gets an at-large bid with Notre Dame going to the playoff.
