Also, the P5 conference champs get in no matter what. that means even if BYU
ranks ahead of the P12 and ACC champions, they'll get in ahead of BYU.
Basically the Utah/Oregon game is meaningless to BYU's chances, except if Utah wins a close game and the committee doesn't drop Oregon below BYU. That would end all chances of a NY6 bowl. BYU fans should be doing the BYU thing and hoping Oregon blows out Utah.
