Apparently not. Utah not listed on the NCAA page, Washington in 84 not listed

Just because some irrelevant poll that nobody has ever heard of (with the possible exception of the polls voters) before or since ranks them #1, does not make it an NC. Especially when the recognized polls (84) and championship authority (2008) say Washington and Utah did not win a NC, but if it makes you feel any better, go ahead and claim it for them. Those championships are as official as BYU winning the PAC South this year. Fun to laugh about but didn't happen.
