No, you are wrong. They/you are misrepresenting the data. The "major selector"
list begins on page 119 and does not include any of the BS listings that the PAC has on their website.
The only place in this entire document where anything like this matches up is in the "Final National Poll Leaders" where they literally list every poll that existed each of those years (including home-made ones like Litkenhous, DeVold, Alderson, Anderson $ Hestor, etc).
Similarly, they completely contradict themselves by including these home-made polls as a method to include the more teams on their list. The same methodology is not followed when claiming consensus national champions as it would preclude the 2003 USC team from being consensus NC.

My favorite part of that link is they have 1990 Colorado as consensus national champions, but also list Washington

Its just the data listed in the official NCAA record book which lists all major-selector designated teams
