Your reasoning of them being "formidable" is that their OOC schedule is easier
and that they will start out high in the polls? It's the PAC12. I can tell you exactly what will happen. They'll have a few wins against teams they should beat. A few wins against teams they shouldn't beat and a couple losses against teams they should have beat. Happens every year in that conference. The conference will be left out of the CFP again, etc, etc
