Big XII piece of merchandise, but I don't care if other people do it.

I never saw anything inherently wrong with Utah fans celebrating their admission into the PAC12. Sure, they were trying to rub it in the faces of BYU fans, and (despite any protestations to the contrary) BYU fans were rightfully jealous at that time. Some BYU fans responded to the pain by arguing that we were the better program and that it was only bigotry that kept BYU from being selected over Utah. I'm sure that our religious affiliation was at least a factor in that decision, and while its unfortunate that it was such a problem for the PAC10-school presidents, it was the decision made at the time. But Utah did benefit from upgraded recruiting and membership in a P5 conference, which we would have loved to have had. But many CBers and other BYU fans took shots at the Utes celebration of the PAC12 membership because it gave them a reason to feel superior over Utah in a time when the events were making them feel frustrated and insecure.

Most of us would have loved it had BYU been admitted to what became the PAC12 along with Utah. But we weren't. And I'm excited now that we get to be a part of the Big XII. So if someone decides they want to celebrate that with a t-shirt, I don't see a problem.
