Probably true for week 1. At the time Utah's O-line was a mess. They were

missing guys and couldn't block anyone. Rising's mobility helped, but once the O-line figured it out, they began to click offensively. The culmination of Rising, the O-line play, & Tavion Thomas holding on to the ball all equaled Utah becoming a very good offensive team.
