Then they steal your investment, your people, your technology, your money and you wonder why you ever went there in the first place. They make sure all agreements end up Win-Lose.

Not sure how many companies have to go through this before they learn.

and here we have a US based company willing to just hand secrets away for market access. They are not your friends. Can't wait for them to lose their shirts over this, but unforatunely, that will just happen when they don't need apple anymore and can do everything on their own.
