Hall is no where near a top 5 QB and isn't going to be anywhere close to a first rounder..
Mark my post, mock me for whatever you want, Hall isn't even a top 20 QB. Tyler Allgeier made a lot of people look better than they are, Hall is one of them.
Hall's age, lack of durability, accuracy and a low level ability to read a defense and adjust at the LOS is going to be a problem come NFL time. Hall is more likely to be a Undrafted FA than a first round pick.
