I agree to a point but Utah wasnt always impressive
They also barely scraped by 2 terrible teams in between wrecking Oregon. Voters quickly forgot about Arizona and Colorado after the 2nd Oregon win.
CCG winners are always given a boost whether its due or not. Pitt and Utah both got undue credit but thats the system for winnig poor conferences but thata the current model

...wait, what? Utah didn't lose to 5 top 25 teams. They only even have 4 losses, 3 to Top 25, 1 outside it
