If Stroud or Young is seen as a can't miss QB in the 2023 draft, and Jacksonville (or the Jets) has the 1st pick after next season, and they still view Lawrence or ZW as franchise QBs, then they will be able to trade that #1 pick to someone who is willing to pay a king's ransom for the opportunity to pick a franchise QB. If that's what the 2023 draft looks like, then a franchise QB almost always gets picked over another player, especially a linebacker. And the pick is more valuable if the QB is there for the taking.
