4th is too high. But hard to argue with Mandel's credibility. Utah's going to get a lot of love with the way they
ended the season. The contributors coming back on offense and the number of returning starters on defense.
Just about every group is putting Utah in the top 4 - 8. That's going to be a fun off season.
If I'm BYU, I want Oregon to be as well liked as possible. A big win there could put BYU on the map.
