It’s pretty crazy how much better myself and coworkers work now that we switched
to 4X10’s.
Productivity, health, happiness, work enjoyment all much better.
3 days off let’s us recharge our batteries fully and helps us appreciate going back to work each week. It’s also a lot easier to schedule non work things and vacations.
