Michael Carter-Williams, Dennis Johnson, Andre Miller, Muggsy Bogues are all pretty terrible shooters, all probably worse than Russ.
Westbrook just stands out for two reasons.
He's in an era where shooting matters much more (even compared to somewhat recent guys like Miller, Bogues and Johnson. MCW flamed out because he couldn't shoot).
He's a star so we think of guys like him and Simmons before we think of Michael Carter-Williams.
Really you're asking - is there any likely HoF guard in the last 15 years who is a worse shooter from distance than Russell Westbrook? Or is there any likely HoF guard who is a worse (compared to the norms of his era) shooter from distance than Russell Westbrook?
