That logic was used in finishing our basement and convincing that we needed a 100" drop-down project screen, 4k projector, and 5.1.4 surround.
Didn't go completely all-in with a dedicated theater room, but put all that in the family room and it works great for family gatherings, movie nights, and whatever else.
