I care less about fan base size and more about fan base passion.
With the WCC on the west coast they have suffered from the covid hysteria like the pac 12 where fans are too scared to show up. The Big 12 will be a huge improvement though.

There was less than 1,000 fans at each of those games? I doubt it. Their arenas are just significantly bigger.
