What motivates you?
The customer interactions?
The actual sale?
The money?
Corporate ladder?
Whatever it is try to focus on that and less on what makes it a grind. For me, I love the customer interactions. Covid has sucked because it has limited that. As things have relaxed I have taken the opportunities to visit and meet with my customers as much as possible. That has helped
