I’m trying eating whole again. What are your go to snacks and when you’re hungry but avoiding processed foods…
and simple carbohydrates?

I’m trying to keep more veggies, fruits, greens, and meats around. But I haven’t trained myself off the carbs and sugars yet… so I get snacks sooner than usual.

What are your go to whole snacks and what healthy, whole meals fill you up?
