The deal cycles are long and great with huge paydays, but then February 1st they take away half of your accounts. That’s why the average person only lasts 3 years, you sell a big deal and love the customer and then they switch everything on you and you start from scratch.
There are a few accounts like Ford or Verizon with the same rep for ten years, but those whale accounts are few and far between, everyone else has 3 or 5 or 20 accounts and they switch them up on you all the time.
