she began to have severe anxiety about all kinds of things. Like choking on her food, sniffing markers and getting brain damage, etc.

We just started therapy with her, but her anxiety is so crippling that we’ll drive her to school and she will completely refuse to get out of the car. We’ve tried bribery as well as negative consequences for missing school, but it doesn’t help.

Have any of you gone through something like this with your kids? My wife and I have no idea what to do.
