My 17 year old seems to have growing anxiety. Things that he previously did a
few months ago are much more difficult today. Just last night, he had a major breakdown and I didn't have a clue what to do other than tell him that I loved him.

During the shut down and when schools were virtual, my then 6th grader started to shut down. He stopped wanting to play sports, play games or do much else, but luckily we were able to work through it with him and he's back to thriving.

I can handle a lot of things, but anxiety is something I have little knowledge of (for better or worse). I really struggle to know what to do to help because my solution is always to kick myself in my rear and get to work, but that doesn't work for everyone.

Good luck to everyone struggling with these issues. It's hard these days and getting harder.
