but has a window that I can see through when I need to monitor what is happening out there — but that I can close/cover when I need to cut out the distractions. I've got kids that make it a bit chaotic out there sometimes.

Maybe one of those doors I first saw in a NYC bar restroom where, when you lock the door, the clear glass instantly goes frosted.

(This particular restroom looked directly into the most crowded part of bar — when you go in, you are just a few feet from everyone else. Then you lock the door and suddenly you can't see through the glass. It was a bit strange sitting down to do your business feeling like at any moment someone in the bar could flip a switch and all of your work colleagues could start waving at you while you're sitting on the throne 🙂 )
