There are a couple of issues for me.
There are some definite advantages to Work From Home, but I'm sure the reasons are different for everyone.

I am simply more productive in the office.

Ability to work with my team. Engineers love to ignore you on chat or calls... in the office it is sooo much nicer to just walk over to someone's desk and have a conversation... for as much as we get on our kids about learning how to communicate and how texting is killing that skill for them, Slack and zoom meetings seems like "do as I say, not as I do".

I enjoy having some social interaction outside of my home.

I work with a lot of hardware. So having easy access to the hardware I need is really a convenience.

Network, infrastructure, etc. just better in the office. Maybe if WFH was a permanent thing, I could get everything all set up much better here at home...with a real home office, but then that would take up a significant amount of space, and I'd rather use the space for other things.

I can separate work from home life.

I stay out of the fridge and away from snacks more easily.

I don't live far from my office, so going in to the office really isn't a big deal.
