My firm once adopted "25/8" as a moniker.
Why 25/8? Because our service is even better than 24/7. They introduced it at a retreat for all the attorneys. At that retreat, one of the partners who presented it told us that ever since she turned 50 she has to use the restroom in the middle of the night and makes sure to check her email on her trip to the bathroom.
The pushback from associates was so strong they dropped 25/8. But in our industry we are expected to respond to emails immediately. And private equity people, investment bankers, CEOs, CFOs etc., who make up most of our clients, email us at all hours. It's torture.
