Last night in our city league game I threw my brother a pass on a pick and roll

The pass was off and he really had to stretch high and behind him to get it and as he came down the defensive player slightly bumped him. He came down and immediately buckled.

Knee shifted like an ACL. Immediately swoll up. I feel pretty bad about it today.

I opted for surgery so I could run - my research showed reoccurrence of rupture
