Went into a full cast with leg pointing down as far as possible for three weeks. Pain in the butt but it allowed that area to constrict and heal. From there I was non weight bearing for about a month in a boot with foam levels as if I was still in that cast, toes pointing, calf area constricting, and I got to take out a level every few weeks. I was full weight bearing by august 1 after this happening in mid-May.
