What the reports out of practice that he was torching our first team defense repeatedly?
By the way, report was Fennegan was also good against our first team defense. But then our first team defense makes a lot of QBs look real good.
The only negative thing I have heard about Conover from practice was that he is very aggressive with the ball (kind of like Wilson) and was interception prone. Baylor got the nod for QB2 because he was not going to put the team in a bad situation by going for it all the time.

I have no opinions on Conover - too small a sample size, but from what I've seen, most of the negativity towards him...
