Get rid of those stupid offensive fouls right under the net. That is awesome in the NBA and NCAA. So much of reffing is subjective by nature, but this is one way to let the refs objectively make the right call.

BTW, with the shot clock change, will they then get rid of the 5 second closely-guarded rule? I get the importance of that rule, but seems totally unnecessary when there is a shot clock to limit the time of possession.
