I posted an eyebrow raise gif on someone's comment about Isaac Rex's honeymoon and it got taken down for being inappropriate. Is this part ok?

To be absolutely clear- I don't think this is wrong or problematic at all. I just don't want to get dinged for what seems like a comment in a similar vein. Are we allowed to acknowledge the fact that married people have sex and like it?
