Almost all those teams will be better than last year.
None of those teams are great, but SC, Arizona, ASU, and UCLA will all be much better because they return everyone or got better talent. Florida got a coaching upgrade, and I believe Oregon did as well and Eugene is such a tough place to play.
10-2 seems most likely, with the winner of USC vs Utah representing the south.
