Talking undefeated shouldn’t really happen until at least 8 games into a season
There are just so many things that can go wrong. Utah is a solid team but at this point, they aren’t even close to a juggernaut. Their Vegas over/under will probably be 9.5. 9-10 wins is probably the expectation. 11 would be incredible and 12 would mean literally everything went right. But they have just as much of a chance of winning 7 as they do 12 IMO.
At Florida, at Oregon, at ASU. USC with a completely overturned roster full of 5-star players and one of the best coaches in America? Yeah, they aren’t going undefeated.
