My statement was failed, fired or prematurely left. When you go 1 or 2 years into a gig when the organization is
counting on you to build something over the long term it is a bit bogus in my eyes.
If Kalani or Bronco come in and leave for a different job after 1 or 2 seasons we would
be 100% justified in being pissed.
It kind of screws the program not to mention the kids you go recruit to bail on them so quickly, without notice and to do it so often.
