I rarely travel for work but when I have, it’s not like a vacation at all. I work more than normal and the
accommodations suck compared to being at home.
When my wife has traveled for work, she’s had extra time to go to museums or other sights, or half a day at Disneyland.
I guess not all work travel is created equal.
