Fouss, Gideon & SJ.
That's 3-for-3 on guys he brought in that really weren't pursued by anyone of note. Well, okay — Fouss had a pretty solid offer from Seton Hall, but no one else instate seemed all that interested in challenging that offer. Did he even get a single MW or WCC offer?
Gideon's next-highest offer: Weber St.
SJ's next-highest: Who knows?
I think Pope obviously did a pretty good job evaluating against-the-grain on all three of those guys' D1 potential.
