You can’t legally be in the passing lane while not passing. You’re breaking the
law. You should never have been in the passing lane in the first place if you’re holding up traffic.
You’re excusing your lawlessness by pointing out the lawlessness of others. Sounds like you’re angry at people for breaking the law but you’re doing the same thing they are knowingly. At least they can plead ignorance.
