From what I understand, Dart was probably never really interested in Utah
An insider on UteHub posted awhile back, somewhat vaguely, that Utah let him know they had a spot for him, but it seems he wasn't interested. My take: Probably because he wants a more pass-heavy offense, and Utah runs the ball more than pass, but I can't 100% confirm that was Dart's reason for not being interested in Utah. But it doesn't appear Utah never wanted him.
