Also, kick out teams that consistently struggle with fan support, or at least stop subsidizing them. My biggest concern with the BIG12 is that TCU will be a drain on the conference. They already are a financial drain. Now that they've lost their generational coach they are going to quickly return to mediocrity on par with UNLV. I expect that to happen before our next conference game.

I'm all for giving G5 schools like UCF a chance. It's one and dones for everyone else. Even when we were desperate for games, we never expected anyone to agree to a series that wasn't mutually beneficial. That's the only approach that is mutually beneficial for us going forward.
