Just FYI Costco (at least in my area) has "Combat Whey Protein" and
it has a combination of Whey, Casein, and Egg protein. My friend has used it and likes it, I never tried it though. It has a bit higher cholesterol and calories than Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard which I usually get.
