I'm not sure the crash will happen until there is another place to put your money. Why will everyone all of a sudden
pull out when inflation is so high and interest rates are so low? The only hope you have of keeping up is return on investments. So we invest.
This is why we should have been rising interest rates slowly when our economy was doing very well (pre-covid).

Well, if we make the assumption that at least one of them is a bubble, the reason that it would be a bubble is low rates
