Well, if we make the assumption that at least one of them is a bubble, the reason that it would be a bubble is low rates
And if low rates has made one of them a bubble, idk how it wouldn’t have made all 3 a bubble… just by nature of how rates work.
(Except maybe crypto ^. I could see saying that crypto is a speculative bubble and it would’ve been regardless of the other two)
