BYU Grounds Intervention Needed

The problem is that those states that pay more don't have better results than UT

So politicians in Utah figure we can be cheap and maintain that instead of pay teachers more or hire more teachers so classes are smaller and this will improve student outcomes more.

But the big difference is parents involvement in their kids education. With the majority of Utah being LDS that is the case.
