I still think Ja's carry with 3 steps in-between dribbles was much, much worse but I'm okay with the call on Klay being legit.

By rule it would not be a travel. But carries rarely get called.

It was a travel. But was a point of emphasis this year (or last I can't remember) and wasn't called before that.
