They are making a killing now. It's rented several times per month - enough to cover their payment on it plus some left over, and have several weeks a year that they reserve it for themselves. Plus they make more by offering setup services - they set up a radius where they are willing to drive, and then they deliver the trailer, set it up, level it, etc. on a Thursday or Friday afternoon, and then pick it up Monday. People apparently pay several hundred bucks extra for that so they don't have to tow the trailer and set it up themselves.

Of course this comes with the cost of extra wear and tear, but they seem to be doing quite well with it.
