If not already happening, there will likely be a glut of lightly used towables
coming on the market in the near future. Everybody went out and bought one during covid, and now they realize they're not like the Instagram stories to operate, maintain and store. (and you have to deal with poop!)

I luckily bought a 2018 34' second hand TT in TX a few weeks before the '20 lockdown. I gave the guy $21k, he had bought it a year prior for $40k and used it 5 times. Due to the covid demand spike, I probably have ~10k equity in it. I had it professionally inspected before driving from CA to TX to get it and pull it home.

A big issue now is campground space, way too many rigs out there and far too few sites. Because of that, the best sites can cost over $100 per night.
