The Big 12 is sponsoring NCAA rules changes that would allow conference to have a championship game without divisions. From what is being leaked from the Big 12, they don't want divisions, just the two best teams facing off in the championship game.

I think 2 Texas schools go east and the Kansas Schools go west. Okie State would want that too.
